Cranberry Goat Cheese Pinwheels

Cut cream cheese diagonally put these together in shape of tree. Take basil pesto...you can purchase in a jar or jalapeno peach pepper jelly and spread on the top. Add a star from star fruit or make one from sugar cookie dough. You can make individual size for each guest and put at their plate with their name on it.

Another cool idea for a Christmas dinner!

Surprise you family and guest with this chopped salad shaped like a Christmas tree. Just take the chopped spinach, head lettuce and romaine lettuce and shape like a Christmas tree. Use your imagination and decorate with veggies! Top with sprinkles of goat cheese and use sharp cheddar cheese for garland. It looks and taste so good!
